Ekiti State Governor, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, has been honoured with the prestigious Ayoba FM Rolling Hills Award as the “Most Outstanding Personality in Ekiti State 2024.” The award was presented at the Governor’s office yesterday, marking another milestone in recognition of his exemplary leadership and commitment to the development of the state.
Speaking at the presentation, the General Manager of Ayoba FM noted that Governor Oyebanji was most deserving of the honour, having recorded significant achievements across various sectors. He described the award as a reflection of the governor’s tireless efforts in transforming Ekiti State, adding that the impact of his leadership is visible and widely appreciated by the people.
Receiving the award on behalf of the governor, the Chief of Staff, Mr Oyeniyi Adebayo, expressed deep appreciation to Ayoba FM and its entire team. He was joined by the Chief Press Secretary, Mr Yinka Oyebode, and described the honour as both humbling and encouraging. Mr Adebayo reaffirmed the governor’s unwavering commitment to progress and pledged continued efforts to deliver on developmental goals. This accolade joins a growing list of achievements for Governor Oyebanji, including the Marketing Edge Outstanding Governor Award for Inclusive Leadership and Grassroots Development and the Silverbird Man of the Year award, both received in 2024.
