Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has expressed confidence in God regarding the 2026 Governorship election, stating that his political future is guided by divine will. Speaking at the November edition of the Evening of Praise and Worship in Ado Ekiti, the governor reassured attendees that the God who secured his victory in 2022 would do so again, dismissing political anxieties.
Oyebanji attributed his administration’s achievements across critical sectors to divine intervention, highlighting the peace and progress Ekiti has enjoyed under his leadership. He reaffirmed his commitment to good governance and delivering on promises made to the people.
The event, attended by government officials, legislators, and Christian leaders, featured performances from gospel ministers, including the Redeemed Christian Church of God National Praise Team. The governor urged the public to remain focused on their responsibilities and trust in God’s plans for the future.
