In a show of loyalty and support, political aides to Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, have contributed N10 million to purchase the All Progressives Congress (APC) nomination form for the governor ahead of the party’s forthcoming governorship primary election.
The announcement was made in Ado-Ekiti on Thursday, with the contribution coming from Senior Special Assistants, Special Assistants, Senior Technical Assistants, and Technical Assistants serving in the current administration.
During the presentation at the Governor’s Office, the aides sang and danced in celebration. Speaking on behalf of the group, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Strategy, Hon. Tope Olanipekun, praised Oyebanji—represented by his Chief of Staff, Mr. Niyi Adebayo—for his outstanding leadership, transparency, and commitment to the welfare of Ekiti people.
