Nigerian rapper and actor Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has clarified that he has never publicly endorsed Labour Party's 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, or any other politician.

Speaking during an interview on Arise Television's Prime Time programme, Falz explained that his message has always been to encourage Nigerians, especially young people, to participate in the electoral process.

He said his focus has consistently been on promoting free, fair and credible elections, adding that he has deliberately avoided publicly backing any politician or political party.
