OYEBANJI MOURNS DEATH OF APC CHIEFTAIN, PRINCE GABRIEL OMODARA, AT 93

Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Oyebanji, has expressed sadness over the death of APC chieftain, Prince Gabriel Omodara, popularly known as Baba QC, who passed away on Sunday at the age of 93. In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Yinka Oyebode, the Governor described the late elder statesman as a dedicated party leader whose passing is a huge loss to the APC, the Ado-Ekiti community, and Ekiti State.


Oyebanji praised Pa Omodara's contributions to the growth of the APC and the development of Ekiti, especially during his tenure as Chairman of the defunct Ekiti Central Local Government. He described the deceased as a man of integrity and wisdom who remained committed to community development and mentoring younger leaders.


The Governor said Pa Omodara lived a fulfilled life of selfless service and left behind a lasting legacy of honour and leadership. He extended his condolences to the Omodara family, the APC, and the people of Ado-Ekiti, praying for God to grant the deceased eternal rest and comfort those mourning his passing.
